How information is used
To operate recruitment workflows, provide matching and screening assistance, communicate approved updates, maintain security, improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Agency responsibility
Agencies and employers must have a lawful basis to upload candidate data and contact candidates. They must configure appropriate notices, permissions and retention periods.
AI and human decisions
FulfilHire may generate rankings, summaries and recommendations. Customers remain responsible for employment decisions. Sensitive or uncertain outputs should receive human review.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by contracted hosting, AI, speech, telephony, messaging and payment providers only as required to deliver the service. Provider availability varies by country.
Security and isolation
Customer records are separated by organisation. FulfilHire uses access controls, encrypted transport, audit records and operational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained according to customer configuration, contractual requirements and applicable law. Authorised customers may request correction, export or deletion, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
